Imagine a situation when most of your clients speak English, but some prefer contact in other languages. Instead of changing the default customer language in settings each time you want to invite a non-English speaking person to your meeting, you can change the language of e-mail and SMS invitations directly in the case.
Once you create a new case or edit the existing one, all you need to do is click on the flag above the e-mail address selection field and choose the language from the list:
You will see the flag and language name changes - it means that from now on, invitations will be sent in a chosen language. Of course, you can change these settings anytime and as often as you want.
