After creating your account, you can see a green dot on your profile picture or the picture’s placeholder. This is the indicator of your status. In this short article, we explain what the statuses are and how to use them.

Status: Active
By default, your status is set as active. It means that you will receive all notifications about new meetings created via API, booking page or the website widget. Depending on the settings, you can receive:
- desktop notifications
- e-mail notifications
- SMS notifications
A green dot on the profile picture or its placeholder means that your profile status is set as Active. To change the status to Away, go to the settings 
and click on the toggle, so it turns red.

Status: Away
After changing the status to Away, you will not receive notifications (push, e-mail and SMS) about new cases created via API, booking page or website widget. You can use it during your breaks or meetings.

Remember that Vicodo doesn’t change your status automatically! If you log out and log in again, your status will remain Away until you change it manually. |
