Vicodo allows you to send SMS and email messages in all available languages, regardless of the default customer language.
2. Are there any limitations if I am from a given country?
There are no limitations from our side. Vicodo doesn’t block or limit services in any country. If you encounter any problems, please contact us. It may result from your country's regulations.

5. What do you do with user data?
First of all - we protect it. We only use the data to grant seamless app operation.
If you decide to integrate Vicodo with your calendar, we use only the date and time of scheduled meetings to block your Vicodo calendar on these particular time slots. Vicodo does not use or store any details about the events from your external calendars - in Vicodo, they are displayed as anonymized blockers. We also encourage you to enable Two-Factor Authentication, so your account is even more secure.
6. Can I whitelabel Vicodo?
Yes, if you have a professional or enterprise plan you can adjust Vicodo to your branding and remove our logo. Customization doesn’t require coding skills and takes 5 minutes. All the changes you apply to the pages or messages are visible on the preview and you can get back to the default settings within one click.

7. What other tools integrate with Vicodo?
If you’re familiar with Zapier, you can integrate our tool with more than 4000+ apps! In this article, you will find a step-by-step explanation of how to build an integration with Slack and Google Spreadsheets. These are only examples, but they will help you build your own automation!
For custom integrations, you can use our API/Webhooks.
In terms of built-in integrations, you can connect Vicodo with your calendar (Google Calendar, Microsoft 365 Calendar, Microsoft Exchange Calendar, iClound Calendar and many more) within a couple of clicks. No coding skills needed.
8. Do you have a mobile app?
Vicodo doesn’t offer a mobile app. Your customers can access the meeting using a mobile device without installing software or registration! They just click the invitation link and join the appointment in their mobile browser.
You, as the administrator or operator, use the computer to lead the meetings. We currently don’t support the dashboard on mobile devices, but we will discuss adding this functionality. You may check the roadmap to see if it is in the plans for the upcoming months.
