Besides your logo, brand colors and custom texts, you can also set up your subdomain and custom domain. What does it mean in practice? Your customers will see a custom URL, for example, with your company’s name, every time you send them a link to your booking page or when they receive an invitation. Grow your brand awareness and promote yourself using all branding features! You will be able to log into Vicodo using your subdomain or custom domain as well.
Custom domains are available only for enterprise subscribers. |
What is a subdomain?
A subdomain appears at the beginning of the website's domain name. It is often used to organize content by its function. For example, Vicodo.com is the main address where you can learn more about our product. We might use a subdomain forum.vicodo.com or shop.vicodo.com if we provide these services. In both cases - "forum" and "shop" - are parts of the main domain vicodo.com.
You can set up your own custom domain, so your clients will see the custom name before the vicodo domain in their invitations and booking page links - for example, yourcompany.vicodo.com.

What is a custom domain?
If you have access to the admin panel of your domain registrar, you can set up a custom domain. It will require updating DNS settings. As a result, instead of displaying vicodo in invitations or booking page URLs, your customers will see your custom domain, for example,
support.yourcompany.com/invitation/628391b8534d9jbc8hdf74db
or
support.yourcompany.com/meet/sarah.
Using a custom domain doesn't allow customers to recognize that you are using the software from an external provider.
