If you add a customer's number to the case, you have an option to send the invitation, invitation with password, and cancellation messages via SMS. To customize SMS text, go to the Branding tab in settings and choose the SMS templates section.
You can customize Sms templates if you have a Professional or Enterprise subscription.
1. Let's start by defining SMS languages. By default, it’s English. To add or change the language, click + Add more languages. The green “Editing” badge means that you are customizing SMS messages in a particular language. To remove the language, click X in the table. If you want to adjust messages in another language, click Edit.
2. Click on the existing text displayed in the gray box and start writing your custom message. Below the box, placeholders are displayed. At the right, there is a preview of your message with the number of characters and SMS count, so you can control the length and expenses.
For each SMS type, the edition process is the same. Simply write your message and check the preview.
3. To see how long the final version of messages is, fill in the placeholders with data. Click below each placeholder label and set your examples. The preview is immediately updated so you can check the SMS count and control the budget.
Some customers' names can be longer and will not fit into one SMS, increasing the messages count. Remember that it affects the cost. |
