To edit texts visible on the Invitation of scheduled and unscheduled meetings as well as on the Thank you page, go to the Branding tab in settings and choose the Invitation page text section.
You can customize the Invitation page look if you have a Professional or Enterprise subscription.
1. For the Page with scheduled appointment, you can change the headline and text. To do so, click on the gray space below the label. You can use listed placeholders to personalize the message.
On the invitation page, the placeholders are filled in with the information concerning the meeting.
You can also decide which elements should be displayed on the page. You can enable or disable the cancel button, test browser button, and countdown by clicking on the sliders. By default, all elements are visible.
2. For the Pages with unscheduled appointment, you can set customized headline and text. You can also use placeholders listed below the edition window.
On this page, customers can start the meeting immediately:
Notice the difference between pages for scheduled and unscheduled appointments. For the first type, the customers have to wait until the meeting date to start it. For the second one, they can start it immediately. |
3. Thank you page is displayed right after you end an appointment. It's the best way to gather feedback from your customers! You can edit the headline and text of the Thank you page the same way you did it for the Invitation pages.
After you apply the changes, they are immediately visible to your clients:

Don’t forget to click the Save button to confirm the changes. Every time you edit any of the information, the bar with the Save button will appear on the top of the page. |
