You can customize General branding if you have a Professional or Enterprise subscription.
To personalize key information about your company, go to the Branding tab in the settings .
1. Start by adding the Company name that will be visible in the browser tab, on chat, and in email messages.
2. Add the SMS sender name to help customers recognize your messages right away.

3. Add your website address. Customers will be redirected there after clicking on your logo.
If you are an Enterprise subscriber, you can additionally remove the Vicodo branding by clicking on the slider, so it turns gray. |
4. Click Upload to add Company Logo and choose the file from your device (the image should not be smaller than 128x128 px, we also recommend using images with transparent background).
After the image loads, you can set the display size: small, medium, large, or define it manually. The logo is displayed in the email messages, on the Invitation page, Booking page, and Thank you page.

You upload the logo only once, on the General branding tab. It is not possible to upload different logos for Invitation and Booking pages and emails. |
5. To add a favicon (the image that browsers display next to the page's title on the tab), click Upload and choose the file from your device, no smaller than 64x64px.

Don’t forget to click the Save button to confirm the changes. Every time you edit any of the information, the bar with the Save button will appear on the top of the page. |
