Thanks to the Statistics feature, you can assess your efficiency and check how your customer support team performed across months. You can review the number of new, completed, and deleted cases, sent invitations, and minutes spent on video calls. Let's see what the data says about customer support at your company!
Access to statistics is only possible if you have an administrator account.
Click the icon to go to settings. At the top menu bar click on Statistics.
First, you see a table with numbers reflecting the current month's billing period.
You can check:
- the number of new cases
- the number of completed cases
- the number of deleted cases
- the number of sent email invitations
- the number of sent SMS invitations
- the number of video calls
- total minutes spent on video calls
- the average length of a video call
By default, you see cumulative data for all operators. If you want to review your performance or the performance of other operators, click on the arrow above the table in the Show for section. A drop-down single selection list opens, and you can click on a chosen operator's name to see data concerning their cases.
Below the table with current data, you see the full history of your account. Hover over the numbers to check what they reflect.
The filtering you apply for the current billing period also applies to the historical data.
