Once you decide it’s time to close the case, click on the Complete button at the right bottom corner of the dashboard.
You will be able to reopen the case anytime. To do so, click on My Active cases at the left side of the dashboard, and choose to show completed cases. Go to a chosen case and click the Reopen button. The case will be immediately moved to My active cases list. ![]() |
Even after you change the case's status to complete, your customers might enter the Invitation page by mistake. To make sure that there are no misunderstandings and they will not wait for the operator to start the meeting, you can decide what webpage they should be redirected to. It can be your company's website, booking page, or any other web address.
How to set up a redirection address?
Click the icon and go to settings. You will immediately land in the Global tab. Scroll down to Completed conversations and enter the Destination page address.

Make sure that the address starts with http:// or https:// |
Click save to confirm the changes.
