When can I change Vicodo’s branding?
You can customize Vicodo if you have a Professional or Enterprise subscription. The Enterprise subscribers can additionally remove the Vicodo branding.
Where do I start?
If you haven’t done it yet, we recommend adjusting the general branding settings. There you can set:
- your company name
- your website address
- logo and a favicon
- sender name for the SMS invitations.
If you are an Enterprise user, you can also choose to remove Vicodo’s logo.
How can I customize the meeting page?
In the settings, you can change the content and design of the meeting page. You can also add the buttons that allow customers to cancel the appointment or test if their browser settings are in order.
How do I customize the invitations?
You can customize both email and SMS messages. There are three types that you can adjust:
- a regular invitation
- an invitation with a password
- a notification about cancelling the appointment.
How do I customize the live chat widget?
In the settings, you get access to many customization options for the live chat plugin, including the text, the design, the button location, the operator photos, and more.

You can change the booking page’s look in the branding settings.
