You can use screen drawing during your video calls to mark any crucial details on the screen, for example, the exact area of damage or a section of a document. Once you activate it, the customer’s video will freeze, and both of you will be able to draw on the still picture.
The drawing feature is available only for Individual calls.
How to start drawing
To begin, click the settings button during your video call. Next, click the brush icon.
Once you click it, the customer’s video will freeze - that means that you and your customer can start drawing. To do that, click and hold your left mouse button and move it across the screen.
Your drawings will always be displayed in orange and your customer’s - in blue.
If you want to clear all the drawings and start all over, click the button.
Once you have finished drawing, you can save the modified picture to your file archive by clicking the Save button.
To exit the drawing mode and return to the video transmission, click on the button.
