In this customer experience-focused update, we are introducing several new features that will make it easier for you to successfully resolve customer queries - and measure the effects of your work.

Screen sharing
Show, don't tell - this rule rings especially true for remote meetings. With the new update, you can work collaboratively with your customers by showing them the content of your screen - or watching what is happening on theirs.
Screen sharing is an easy way to demonstrate your product, efficiently present your ideas, or guide your customers through a purchase or registration process.
To start presenting your screen, you only need to click on the screen sharing icon during your video chat:
To protect your agents’ and customers' privacy, each time you start sharing your screen, we will ask you if you want to show the entire desktop or just a single application.
Custom feedback forms
Are you curious about how your video meeting went? Now all you need to do is ask. With the custom feedback feature, you can decide what questions your customers will see after the call or chat is over. You can use the standard 5-stars rating or create up to five open questions.
You can add new questions in the Feedback tab in the settings. Each question can be obligatory or optional.
Improved video and audio
Video chats have just risen to the next level. With the new update, we have vastly improved the video quality and the overall system infrastructure. Now you and your customers can enjoy a stable HD video in 720p, even if one of you is using an older device. This change positively affects the quality of screenshots, too.
We did not forget about audio, either. We have introduced new noise suppression and echo cancellation features that reduce the background noise and keep the sound crystal-clear despite the loud environment. You and your customers can now enjoy distraction-free conversations, even when working from a crowded open space or kids-occupied home office.
Performance fixes
This update also introduces several performance improvements and bug fixes to ensure that Vicodo continues to run smoothly on all devices. Those include:
- Improved reconnecting - if you or your customers have internet connection problems or have to switch from Wi-Fi to mobile internet, don’t worry. Your video calls and chat conversations will keep on going, and you will be automatically reconnected.
- Optimized camera switching - if your customer uses a device with three or more cameras, they can now swap between all of them.
- UI fixes for an improved clarity
- And many more.
