Managing your team is only possible if you have an administrator account. There is no limit to how many people you can invite to your team.
How to invite an operator
1. Go to the Team tab in the Settings.
2. Click the + Add new operator button.
3. A new window will open. Enter the name and email address of the operator - we will need it to send the operator an invitation.
Both the name and email address can also be changed later.
4. When you have entered the information, click Add & send invitation. You can see that the operator has appeared in the Pending section:
That means that the invitation was sent, but you need to wait for the operator to accept it. Once they do, you will see them in the Unassigned tab:
The operator is now a part of your team, but they cannot start new cases or interact with customers yet. To give them access to those features, you will need to assign them a license - find out how to do it.
