You can only manage licenses if you have an administrator account.
How to assign licenses to operators
1. Go to the Team section in the Settings.
2. To assign a license to operators, you need to have at least one unassigned license available. You can check how many you have left on the Team page:
If you don’t have any available licenses left, let us know at service@vicodo.com - we will contact you as soon as possible and find the best option for you.
3. Go to the Unassigned tab. You will see all the operators that you have invited and that have created an account.
If you haven't invited any operators yet, see how you can do it.
4. Choose the operator and click the Assign license button.
5. All done - the operator can now start new cases and interact with customers. You can find them in the Assigned tab on the Team page.
How to unassign licenses
1. Go to the Team section in the Settings.
2. Choose the operator that you want to unassign and click the icon.
3. A new window will open - you will see the profile details of the operator. Click Unassign license.
4. The license is now unassigned - the operator cannot interact with customers anymore. However, they can still browse through cases and change their profile settings - you can find more information about unassigned operators here.
