To be able to create new cases and interact with customers through Vicodo, you need an active license assigned to your account. Only administrators can grant or remove them.
How licenses work
Without an active license, operators cannot:
- create new cases
- plan, reschedule, or cancel appointments
- join existing cases
- use chat or start video calls
- edit case details or custom fields.
- browse through cases
- assign other operators to cases (unless the administrator has turned on the Separate operators option)
- manage their settings.
If you are an administrator, you can see how many licenses you have currently available in the Team tab in the Settings:
