Global quick responses - are only created by an administrator, but can be used by anyone. They are a great tool to provide operators with consistent answers to customer’s most common problems.
Only an administrator can edit or delete global responses - this guarantees that they always match the company's communication line. Every change to global responses immediately affects all operators, so there is no need to edit multiple responses one by one.
You can recognize global responses by the icon next to their title. On the quick responses list, global responses are always displayed first.
Private quick responses - can be created by operators and administrators. They allow users to build their personal base of messages that makes chats with customers easier. A private response is only visible to its owner and cannot be used, edited, or deleted by anybody else.
