If you no longer remember your password, you can reset it. The process is simple and will only take a few minutes.

How to reset your password

1. Go to our login page and click Can’t log in?

2. Enter the email address assigned to your Vicodo account and click Send reset instructions.

3. We will send you an email with a link to the password resetting page. Click Reset password and the page will open automatically.

4. Enter your new password. The password should be at least 8 characters long and contain:

• an uppercase letter
• a lowercase letter
• a digit
• a special character, for example $ , / or * .

5. Once you have entered the password, click Activate.

You will be redirected back to the login page. You can now log in to your account by using your email address and the new password.
