Creating your account

Creating a new account with Vicodo is free and will only take a few simple steps.

Remember that you will never need to ask your customers to create an account - once you schedule an appointment, they will receive an invitation link that they can open in any browser.

How to create a new account

1.  Go to our registration page. We will ask you to fill in a short form.

2.  Enter your name. We recommend using your real name - it will be displayed during your chats with customers. You can change it later in your profile settings.

3.  Enter your email address and password. Your password should be at least 8 characters long and contain:

    • an uppercase letter
    • a lowercase letter
    • a digit
    • a special character, for example $ , / or * .

4.  Tick the “I’m not a robot” box and follow the verification instructions.

5.  Click Start for free now. We will send you an email with a security code to confirm your account.

6.  When the email arrives, enter the code on the registration page.

If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, click Resend code. If you have accidentally entered a wrong email address, click Change email to go back to the form and correct it.

7.  Once you have entered the code, you will be automatically redirected to the Vicodo dashboard.

 

All done! Your account has been created. We have also granted you a free 14-day subscription with 3 operator licenses so that you can experience all the features Vicodo has to offer.
