Setting up a Group appointment with Vicodo takes less than a minute. You only need to select the time, copy the link and send it to your guests - they will be able to join the meeting with a single click.
By using the dashboard
1. Go to the Vicodo dashboard and click the icon on the left side of the page.
2. Select the case type and enter its name. The name will later be displayed during the meeting and it cannot be longer than 50 characters.
3. Set the time of the appointment. Click on the date section to open the calendar and select the day and time. You can edit the meeting time by clicking on the previously selected hour.
4. Choose if you want your appointment to be protected with a password. If you turn this option on, you will have to send a six-digit code to your guests along with the link to the Invitation page.
5. Click the Create case button. Next, copy the link to the meeting and send it to your guests. If your meeting is password protected, click Show case password to reveal the code. Copy & send it along with the link to your Invitation page.
6. As you start the meeting, you will see the lists of guests waiting for you to allow them to join. You can accept or reject their requests.
By using the calendar
From the calendar, you can only schedule Group meetings for the existing cases.
1. Open the calendar by clicking its icon at the bottom left corner of the dashboard page or by using this link.
2. Find a free time slot for your meeting and double click on it to open the appointment window. You can also double click anywhere on the calendar - you will be able to change the time of the meeting in the next steps.
3. Enter the name of the case into the search bar and select the existing case.
4. You can now choose when the appointment will start and finish. To change the day, click the icon, and to change the time, click the
icon:
5. Click the Save button. Now, open the case from the Case List and copy the link to your scheduled meeting. Send it to your guests.
6. As you start the meeting, you will see the lists of guests waiting for you to allow them to join. You can accept or reject their requests.
